"Building and staff appearance needs an upgrade. It has a depressing feel about the whole place especially with the staff in black uniforms and scrubs. Christian hospitals would be more uplifting bringing some illumination, not deathly black, unkept staff. Other hospitals feel light and clean. Sorry, just saying. Also reception man and woman gossiping about staff loudly. Not a good look. 😉"

"I had MRI of the spine at San Radiology on March 3 2026 at 7:30 pm. I had an exceptional experience from the time I walked in until finished. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. I like to especially comment on Mr. Dennis Wu, the radiographer . He is extremely helpful and went extra miles to help and arrange for me to be bulked bill for the procedure because he found out that I was a registered nurse for 35 years at the San and I just retired in February. Thank you, Dennis. The cost of out of pocket will be so high. He had to make a few phone calls to get it done."

"I had a very positive experience at this pathology clinic. The staff were professional, respectful, and efficient from the moment I arrived. The reception process was smooth, and the waiting time was reasonable even during a busy period. The pathology collector was gentle, skilled, and made the blood test process much more comfortable than expected. The clinic was also very clean, organised, and well maintained, which helped create a calm environment. Overall, this is a reliable and well-managed pathology service with friendly staff and good patient care."

"I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment my mother received during her stay at your hospital. My mother was admitted with a broken tailbone, yet not one staff member conducted a proper physical examination. She was also not provided with an appropriate pain management plan, despite being in extreme pain throughout her admission. The geriatrician, social worker, and nursing staff led me to believe that my mother would no longer be capable of living independently and that I would need to arrange Residential Respite placement, potentially on a permanent basis. This advice was given without appropriate assessment or adequate management of her condition. The lack of care and professionalism shown by many staff members was deeply concerning. My mother’s pain was not properly addressed, and the poor treatment she received contributed significantly to her depression and anxiety during an already vulnerable time. I ultimately made the decision to transfer her to another private hospital, where the difference in care was immediate and undeniable. She received a thorough physical examination, an appropriate pain management plan, and compassionate, professional care from staff. The contrast between the two experiences has been truly disappointing and unacceptable. I believe the SAN hospital needs to seriously review the standard of care, communication, and compassion being provided to elderly patients and families."

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is alot better than other hospital food. It doesn't take long to get in the emergency section and receive help immediately when other hospitals you are waiting all day and night for a bed. Here half an hour for a bed. The drs introduce themselves and same with nurses and all other staff. They treat you as a person not a number and care. Finely have my own room with private cover. Never had a private room even though I have had private cover all my life."

"Visited a friend on the wards. There is no street parking as taken up by all the staff walking in, then the cost of parking to visit is very expensive. Atleast the car park and grassed area towards the bush is beautiful. I was able to take it in as i waited 35 mins for a stream of cars to leave as one boom gate is broken and the person on the intercom refusing to help or open the boom. Does not help that the parking ticket machine on the way out was broken a few weeks ago and they expect you to go back inside the hospital to pay. Considering the church doesnt pay taxes you would feel they could allow free parking."
