"Worst hospital ever Staff are unprofessional and extremely rude Doctors are not good at all I had extremely bad experience with doctors there which affected my life as well as whole my family I can not call that place a Hospital staff bullying patients I saw staff which had given wrong appointment to a person which 75% heart arteries plaque when the poor guy came for angio and asked the reason why they didn’t inform him about the change in appointment staff rudely behaved with him and brought security guards kicked that patient savagely out. I won’t go there again If you love your health don’t even think going there."

"I have been admitted three times in the past week through emergency with chronic health issues and cannot express my appreciation for the staff at concord. The nurses and doctors worked quickly to diagnose me and took my pain and concerns seriously. They were patient, kind and professional which made me feel very safe in their care. "The toilets on the ground floor (behind reception) are consistently filthy. I have been visiting a relative for the past 6 weeks and it doesn't look like they have been cleaned at all during that time. The roster is signed to indicate that they are regularly cleaned but, as can be seen from the photos, this clearly is false. My relative spent 6 months in and out of hospital at the start of last year and the toilets were just as disgraceful then. I can't be the only person who has noticed this, so I'm left to wonder why the hospital administration hasn't acted on this. This is a health facility with many vulnerable patients accessing it. It's not good enough and needs to be addressed."

"Good hospital overall. However their outpatient clinics are a joke, wait times are outrageous, follows ups are non existent, then you receive a letter, not an email, not an sms, no record of a call from them. Why am I receiving letters, why are you not sending emails as a bare minimum in this day and age. this has been a consistent issue at this hospital that just cannot seem to get with the times."
