"I would give zero stars if I could. It’s shocking that a supposedly international hospital would conduct scheduled health checks for healthy newborns in the same PUBLIC AREA (literally) as visibly sick children- especially during RSV and flu season. Newborns have extremely fragile immune systems, yet when I asked staff to sanitize the area after a sick child (who had a fever) was examined, they dismissed my concern, saying the area is always kept “clean.” They then instructed us to place our baby on the same unsanitized chair, despite my explicit request for sanitizing. To make matters worse, they even administered fever medicine to the sick child right there in the open area. The lack of basic infection control and disregard for newborn health is unacceptable. For a hospital that calls itself “international,” the standards here are worse than a public facility. I will never bring my child back."
