"I was neglected and ill-treated in TTSH with room with condensation issues, water leaking from the ceiling caused the corner of the matters soak & wet throughout my entire stay. IV drip was inserted 4 times, they claimed my veins too fine caused the thing dropped out. 2nd IV inserted fluids leak into tissue it was bloated. 3rd IV inserted has burning sensation. Finally got it right the 4th times. Some of the nurses with attitudes, can't be bothered. I was only given dinner on the 2nd day reasons they claimed I should have asked for my meal if I'm hungry. My clothes has stained with milo asked for a new one they claimed it was out of stock. One of the intern doctor got the lumbar spine location and procedure wrong. I need to extend my post hospitalised leave, they told me I should have asked earlier. I'm not sure if anyone able to predict that you need to extend your post hospitalised leave in advance? Treasure your life, don't go to TTSH."

"Thank you Dr Teo Li Tserng and Ward 12B team for taking good care of my mom. We brought her in on Tuesday for keyhole gallbladder surgery and she got discharged on Wed 1pm. Throughout the process, Dr Teo took time to patiently update our family and explain things clearly to my mom in Mandarin. My mom kept saying how patient, friendly, and reassuring he was, which really helped put her at ease. Honestly very thankful and pleasantly surprised by the overall TTSH journey. From the doctors to the care team, the experience was smoother and warmer than we expected. Grateful for the great clinical care and kindness shown to my mom and family during this short stay. Thank you Dr Teo once again.. 👍 (Photo taken from TTSH Ward 12B)"

"brought my mum for an eye consultation and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The waiting time was extremely long. We had to wait to see the doctor, then were sent for tests, and had to queue again to see him. This process happened multiple times, which resulted in a lot of unnecessary waiting. It felt very inefficient and was especially tiring fir patients. the workflow needs serious improvement. A better appointment system and clearer coordination would help save patients’ time."
