"I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The standard of care I received was exceptional, and it was clear throughout that patient comfort and wellbeing are their top priorities. I initially attended for what I thought would be a routine check-up, but it became apparent that I needed a very deep filling. Naturally, I was a little apprehensive, but Dr Lynn was outstanding throughout the entire procedure. She was gentle, highly skilled, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment itself was far more comfortable than I expected, and I felt reassured every step of the way. I also had X-rays taken, and I was particularly impressed by the level of communication afterwards. Despite what had clearly been a long and busy day, the practice took the time to send me my X-rays and explain the findings in detail after hours. That level of dedication and commitment to patient care is rare and greatly appreciated. I had a number of questions about my treatment options, and every one of them was answered patiently and thoroughly. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt empowered to make informed decisions about my dental health, which gave me a great deal of confidence in the care I was receiving. I also had a permanent retainer fitted, and Dr Lynn was meticulous in ensuring it was absolutely right. She made adjustments until it felt perfect and was clearly committed to achieving the best possible result rather than simply finishing the appointment quickly. The quality of treatment, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness shown by everyone at the practice were outstanding. On top of that, I found the pricing to be very reasonable given the level of expertise and care provided. Thank you to Dr Lynn and the entire team for such a positive experience.
