His consultations gave me hope that for rather chronic conditions like dermatitis and endometriosis, there are alternative medications and treatments that I'd never been offered in Russia or Georgia. This was my first encounter with local medicine, and I was extremely impressed. He was also tactful, and I felt comfortable communicating with him even though I'm not a native English speaker and don't know some of the terminology. I also think it's a plus that all communications between the staff are conducted in English, ensuring complete transparency."
