"The Aivee Megamall clinic online consultation service was not handled properly, I was a client of Alabang branch, my transaction of 1 day with the Alabang branch, took 9 to 10days with this branch, they don't look into the conversations about delivery instructions plus the money you transfer to them, it is really a hassle to deal with them, as the client is the one who need to remind them for the updates. But, kudos to the Alabang Branch who always update me and liase with them."

"I just want to give my overall review for Aivee, Mega Mall, branch. Aivee is very beautiful and elegant,The nurses there are super nice and very accomodating, they entertained questions, absolutely helpful especially for those first time derma goers. I was the only one there, and as I waited for my swab test results to come in, their staff at the cafe offered his menu and asked if I needed anything. Perfect, great customer service. However, when I waited inside one of the cubicles for the doctor, the doctor was, I don’t know, not that abrasive but also not caring. The consultation was brief, and when I was waiting what to do next. The doctor just said, "Upo", "Higa!" The nurse then provided ice for my keloid, and just seconds the doctor just injects me without even saying anything to calm my nerves. Horrible! She left afterwards nowhere to be found and the nurse was the one who treated my wound, put a bandaid on it and handed out the prescription from the doctor which I requested. Overall, the place is so-so but if you feel that someone is treating you funny especially for a surgery, ask for some other doctor or medical staff to help you. I just took it in because I needed to dash and had some errands to do."

"After a 15min "consultation" when the doctor hardly looked at my skin, I was charged 1000pesos to get the prices of the recommended treatments. The place itself wasn't great with towels stained/unclean. Clearly won't ever been having a treatment there - if they don't deem necessary to provide clean towels, I don't even want to know for the rest. Not sure how the rating for this place can be so high.."

"Staff are very professional and welcoming. I love the fact that they will make you feel at home the moment you arrived. I underwent to their Dr. Food diet program and it doesn't feel like I'm on a diet!! It taste super yummy ❤ its a must try to everyone who wants a healthy weighr loss.👌 Interior is also a plus factor! ❤"
