"I had a disappointing experience with ICCM. During my consultation, I was informed that the surgery would cost approximately $4,000 to $6,500. However, the final quote was $7,500, and additional hospital and anesthetic fees brought the total to $11,700. The lack of transparency and clear communication regarding the extra costs was quite frustrating. I hope they can improve their communication and be upfront about all potential fees in the future."

"I booked an appointment and was given the next available date 3 weeks later. The day before, I emailed to confirm and was told that my appointment had not actually been confirmed. No one had contacted me prior. I had already cleared my work schedule to attend and this was a significant decision for me. Had I not followed up myself, I would have arrived for an appointment that didn’t exist. Overall, this was a very disappointing and inconvenient experience and I found the process unprofessional. I also felt that there was little ownership taken or effort made to provide a solution when I raised the issue. Do not book with this place."

"These guys did an excellent job from start to finish. The communication and overall service were great the whole way through.
