"I had the privilege of having Dr. Ritika Hinduja treat my grandmother for cervical cancer, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and compassion she showed throughout this journey. From the very first consultation, she was incredibly patient, empathetic, and thorough in explaining every step of the treatment process. She not only focused on the medical aspect but also ensured that my grandmother felt emotionally supported and comfortable at all times during her treatment. Dr. Ritika’s expertise and confidence gave our family a great sense of reassurance during a very difficult period. She was always approachable, willing to answer our questions, and took the time to address even the smallest concerns with kindness and clarity. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine concern for her patients truly set her apart. Thanks to her exceptional care, my grandmother received the best possible treatment and support and today she is completely free of the disease and fit. We will always be grateful for her efforts and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Radiation Oncologist."

"Very important pro tip when ordering food from the canteen on the ground floor of this hospital: If you have permission to eat on the upper floors where medical tests are conducted, because your family member cannot come down to the ground floor, do not tell any canteen staff that you are taking the food upstairs. Also, if you order a large amount of food, act as if your family member is sitting somewhere on the ground floor. The reason is that the person who hands out food trays may refuse to give you a tray. In my experience, he created unnecessary problems for me. After ordering more than ₹500 worth of food, he insisted that I eat the patties first and then the pizza and pasta later. I told him to give me everything at once. I also honestly informed him that my brother was upstairs as a patient undergoing tests and that we had permission to eat there. I assumed he was trying to help, but after making me wait 20–30 minutes, when it was finally time to collect my order, he told me that trays were not allowed on the upper floors. He could have told me this before taking the order, but he didn't. It felt as though he waited until the food was ready because he thought I might cancel the order otherwise. What's the point of allowing food to be taken upstairs if trays are not allowed? It seemed like an unnecessary rule that only created problems. I eventually took the food upstairs without a tray. It was difficult because the plates were much smaller. My brother, who could barely walk properly, and I tried our best not to drop any food on the floor. However, crumbs from the patties and corn from the pizza still fell because the plates were too small for carrying so much food. Hinduja Hospital, we visited your hospital for tests for my brother that cost around ₹10,000. Everyone on the upper floors—including the doctors, nurses, and reception staff—was professional, friendly, and helpful. However, I am giving this review 1 star. I am 29 years old, and this is the first time in my life that I have given anyone a 1-star review. Unfortunately, your canteen employee on the ground floor—the person handling payments, food distribution, and trays—left such a poor impression that it overshadowed an otherwise positive experience. This incident happened in June 2025. I am writing this review a year later because I still remember how I was treated and how frustrating the experience was."

"Very Professional. Dr. Rajani is very very exceptional, caring & always helpful. We have been dealing with him since last 27 years. I still remember that in 1999 he came climbing up the steps from 1st floor to the 7 th floor of the hospital & saved my daughter's life. He will answer all your questions smiling. He is a devdoot for me. His secretary, Namita is also very helpful."

"All the hospital staff starting from entrance the Security,Help desk person, lift man, reception counter staff, opd nursing staff and the ward boys everyone are very helpful and very courteous towards the patient. Dr Chirag, I have no words to express his kindness and and is so humble towards my mother while taking her history and counselling her about how to take more care of herself in a very simple way. Kudos to the entire Hinduja Hospital staff. Felt like I was in my second home right from my mother's admission till her discharge, along with her 1st follow up. Thanks to each and every one."
