"We waited for two hours for the dermatologist. The advised consultation time was from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In consideration of this, we even filed undertime from work just to meet the schedule. However, the doctor arrived only at 7:00 PM. Upon arrival, he took his time and began accepting patients at around 7:30 PM. After only a few minutes with each patient, he proceeded with a diagnosis—largely based on the patients’ own self-assessments. Within five minutes, the consultation was over, and the patient was referred to the cashier to pay a consultation fee of PHP 1,000. The doctor also issued a prescription, stating that some of the medicines might not be available in regular pharmacies. The total cost of the prescribed medicines was around PHP 9,000, with an additional PHP 9,000 for supplements. While I understand that healthcare can be costly, this entire experience felt questionable—if not outright exploitative."

"Newly renovated but very very SLOW receptionists and service. 3 times I had my consultation, the reception part ate majority of my time. Also, surprise, they only tell you that it’s cut off when they call your number, NOT when you get your number. Radiology told me to get xray results by 3:30pm so I was there by 3:30pm and got my number, 4:30pm they called my number and told me cut off already. 1 hour of waiting for what?? All because the receptionists are slow. :) Will never consult here again. All procedures go through their SLOW reception so expect that you’ll go home late."

"They process quite efficiently and all the staff (from the doctors to the guards) are polite and professional. I also like the fact that they don't charge much for a med cert or fit to work, and they cater both to hmo card holders and cash payors. Although they usually have a cutoff at 5 pm and if you need a specialist, you need to know their schedule and set an appointment which is why I only rated them 4 stars."

"no one answers calls. as in none. number gets busy or gets unattended, so I know they are working. we will be commuting for an hour and my doctor advise to call the clinic first to confirm. poor service"

"I would like to commend the clinical staff for their politeness and professionalism while assisting patients. Their respectful and accommodating attitude made the process smoother and more comfortable. I would also like to recognize the guard for giving fast and clear directions, which helped guide patients easily from the consultation area to the laboratory. In addition, I would like to commend Dr. Albert for being very pleasant and approachable with patients.
