You can feel the tender and loving care of all nurses, doctors, the security guards and all their staff. You will easily get healed if you are in pain but are sorrounded by kind and calm medical team. Thank you and more power to Medical City."

"My wife recently delivered our first baby girl at The Medical City Ortigas and I can confidently say that our experience was excellent. This was a very important and sensitive moment for us, and the entire team was incredibly supportive not only to my wife during delivery, but also to me. One thing that truly stood out to me was that the medical team focused first on the health and well-being of the patient before discussing any financial matters. This reflects the kind of care and values that patients hope for in such situations. I was also very impressed by the lactation support service. They took the time to guide my wife, explain everything clearly and provide practical advice on how to feed our baby. This level of support made a big difference for us. The coordination between all teams was excellent and there were regular checks on both the mother and the newborn. This gave me real peace of mind and I was able to rest knowing we were in good hands. The only area that I believe could be improved is the discharge process. Our discharge was initiated by the doctor around 10 AM and we were expecting to leave by 12 noon. However, we were only discharged around 5:30 PM. I understand that the staff may have been managing a heavy workload, but waiting more than five hours for discharge is quite long and could be improved for a better overall experience. Aside from this point, everything else was truly outstanding. Thank you to all the teams involved for taking such good care of my wife and our newborn daughter."

"My family and I are truly grateful to The Medical City. From our very first visit, they immediately attended to my father and took care of him right away. This was already the third hospital we went to because the other hospitals did not accept him, but at The Medical City, their response was so fast. Unlike other hospitals that asked for a down payment first, here they prioritized my father’s condition and gave him immediate care. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing that hospitals like this still exist. The care and compassion they showed were exceptional. The ER nurses and doctors were all kind, professional, and very attentive. They made sure my father was well taken care of every step of the way. "My mother was confined here in TMC Iloilo for 39days. With heavy hearts, we share that our beloved mother did not survive after 39 days of confinement. Despite this painful loss, we remain deeply grateful for the care, compassion, and dedication shown by your entire medical team throughout her stay.
