"We went there two years ago when my 4 year old son got sick on vacation and this Hospital still impresses me. They were proffessional . I have not been to a hospital that matches and does not waste your time."

"Professional, Clean, Modern facilities with caring, committed staff to providing the best in class, plus help with all medical issues, whether it is an emergency, on going concerns, or requirement for the best out of country healthcare. Timely triage, followed by onsite lab tests, MRI, Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine all in one place seamlessly working together ensuring your health is their top priority! All of this within hours not days! Special thanks to Dr. E. Ferrari and his team for taking the time, and empathy to provide the ultimate care for me. Thank you for taking care of my health needs, when I needed help, in a beautiful foreign country away from home!"

"I am a healthcare professional of over 25 years experience in the states. I can say that the care I received from the medical, surgical, and patient care staff at the Panama Clinic rivals any U.S. hospital I have been either a staff member of, or as a patient. However, the billing department is my reason for a one star review. After my recent surgery at The Panama Clinic, I paid my bill in full, and they gave me the typical Factura Electronica as is customary in Panama. However, my U.S. based insurance sees the term "Total a Pagar" with a dollar amount next to it on the Factura Electronica, and interprets that as an amount that I still owe to The Panama Clinic. Of course, the insurance company wants something that says the balance is zero. This is where the billing department at The Panama Clinic is a failure. They refuse to issue any kind of document, statement, letter, or anything that indicates that I paid the total amount. They say that the Factura Electronica is the proof of the payment, despite the fact that the Factura Electronica states a dollar amount next to the total amount to pay. Why is this important? A U.S. based insurance company will not reimburse the insured person for what they (me) paid for medical services, unless it is clear to them that the services were paid for. A simple answer, would be for the Panama Clinic to issue my account statement showing my balance is in zero. However, they refuse to do so. Until the Panama Clinic does this, my insurance company will not reimburse me for the covered expenses of the surgery that I had at The Panama Clinic. (Thousands of dollars)."

"I went to this hospital to get my gallbladder removed and it was the best experience I had. The staff and the doctors are very helpful and friendly. Good follow up after surgery as well. Highly recommended!👌🏽"

"Excellent experience. I was treated through my international insurance without being asked for any deposit, unlike in Punta Pacifica. It’s the only hospital in Panama that truly knows how to work with expats. Top-quality medical care — my wife and I highly recommend it. Hospitalization, emergency services, and surgery are 100% reliable."

"“Life-Changing Experience with Dr. Neal Samson” I had a severe flare-up of herniated discs and sciatica that left me barely able to move. Within less than a day under Dr. Neal Samson’s care at Clínica Panamá, I walked out feeling like a completely new man — pain-free for the first time in years. Dr. Samson is not only the most professional orthopedic surgeon I’ve ever met, but also incredibly compassionate. He spoke perfect English, took his time to review my long history of football-related injuries, and made me feel fully understood. The anesthesiologist and nursing staff were equally outstanding — attentive, skilled, and truly caring. If you are in Panama City and need an orthopedic or sports injury specialist, Dr. Samson is simply the best of the best."
