"Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was disappointing, mainly due to the front desk and administrative staff. The billing process was handled poorly, and the staff appeared insufficiently trained to work effectively with international insurance companies. There was also a lack of willingness to cooperate to resolve the issue, which caused unnecessary stress. This is particularly unfortunate because there are some genuinely good doctors at the clinic. However, the unprofessional behavior and inefficiency of the front desk staff damages the clinic’s reputation and undermines the quality of care overall. While it is helpful that the doctors speak English, that alone is not enough to compensate for the poor administrative experience. There are many better-run private clinics in Tokyo, including in Minato, where patients can receive professional service and clear communication in English"

"Doctor was friendly, but did have to self advocate when I wish I’d had more help. Reception staff were the least helpful/welcoming I’ve ever met in at a clinic or hospital in Japan - maybe because they are both foreigners? Will only come again if I’m desperate."

"Honestly, this was one of the smoothest medical experiences I have ever had. I'm not sure what some of the other reviews are talking about. I took a bad spill the day before and messed up my shoulder.bI booked an appointment early the next day in the morning and could be seen that day. 90 minutes from check in, to exam, to X-ray, to discussion, treatment, and pharmacy. Very little fuss. Dr Cammack and the reception team were friendly, informative, thorough and quick. He gave me plenty of options and I didn't need to do much, if any, self advocating for very good care. It was certainly quick but the appts are only 15 minutes long so they have to move quickly but everything was done correctly. About $400 for everything which I will file through travelers insurance (and is VERY reasonable for everything done. Please do not blame the clinic for costs when you don't have insurance). I will definitely use them if I need it (hopefully not soon)."

"Having a problem with my foot, I consulted Dr. Ivor Cammack, who was very kind and prescribed excellent treatment. My condition improved rapidly after the appointment. Furthermore, the doctor speaks fluent French and English; I highly recommend him!"

"Excellent doctors and staff. Fluent English and Japanese support available. Staff are also helpful in providing recommendations for follow ups. Note that they do not take Japanese health insurance so you must have an overseas health insurance or pay out of pocket but costs are reasonable. Special thanks to Dr Rennick for helping with my asthma medication and blind/low vision follow ups"
