"My name is Cree & I got the sleeve on 10/23/2022. I am from Houston Texas and I would 100% recommend Carmen Payans team. They are AMAZING! all of the staff from the psychologists down to the nurses were all very kind and helpful. Everyone took great care of me. The only regret I have is not doing this sooner. David the nurse and Aaron the psychologist are very kind and good people! They make you feel welcome and explain the process very thoroughly. I 100% recommended."

"Very clean and all the staff has been very friendly. Just wished all the rooms enjoyed the same views with the big window or balcony."

"I was a companion here, I would say our stay was pleasant. All the nurses we encountered were very nice and helpful. Towels, pillows and blankets are available you just need to ask your nurses on your floor. They came to clean our room once and day and switch out the trash cans twice a day! Someone said the food downstairs was nasty but I think it was super good and it definitely wasn’t over priced you can’t expect to just come to mexico and get everything at a cheaper price! My torta with a side of fries and sprite was $15, normal price range. We got a room with a roommate, I do wish the hospital would have a privacy curtain to divide the room since you literally spend All day in the room for 3 days straight 🥲 Also the room we got had the old blue pull out chairs as the bed and it was sooo uncomfortable and not long enough i’m only 5’5 and my feet would hang off. I saw some rooms had nice big leather chairs to sleep on that looked comfy I definitely wish ours had those chairs."

"This review is as a husband/significant other. Not as a patient. We showed up thu 2/23 at about 6 pm. There is no parking at the hospital. You have to park on the street outside of the hospital. We checked in and were taken upstairs to room. 8th floor. There were 2 beds. No chairs or sofa. I asked for a chair since I wanted to stay at hospital with my wife till 9 pm when visiting hours ended. They said they would try to find me a chair. Never happened. Ended up leaving hospital at 9 back to my hotel. Tv did not work in wife's hospital room. And it was cold. Surgery was scheduled for Friday. I could come back at 8 am. Wife called me at 6 am. Said she was being taken downstairs for surgery. I said ok. Got ready at hotel and came to hospital at 8 am. Figured it would be a few hours and she would be back in room soon. It is now 215 pm and she is not back in room yet. No one has updated me. No one has given me information. I had to go downstairs and ask how she was. That was at 10 am. They told me she was still in line for surgery. I have been sitting in her hospital room for 6 hours. And not one staff member has come by. I don't think this is the way to keep concerned family members informed. Maybe Dr Mario Almanza and his staff need to do a better job of keeping family members informed of surgery times and where in the process they are. Just a suggestion. I would have liked to know how my wife was doing. If she was ok. And when her surgery time was actually scheduled for. No one seemed to have an answer for me."
