"I had a colonoscopy with Plenvu preparation. The doctor and the nurse explained everything to me before the procedure. I was given an injection, which made the procedure completely painless. "I received a request from the doctor to make an appointment for an examination and he recommended Viniční. I was struggling with lactose intolerance, but there was nothing in the blood test, so he gave me a request for a gastroenterology examination. The first phone call went well, I explained everything to the nurse, including my family history of the intestines. The nurse told me to call in a week, that appointments would be available. Well, a week later we called and the second nurse was incredibly unpleasant, I told her that they told me to call. This nurse asked me again what was wrong with me and when I told her about the lactose problems, her sentence was "if it doesn't suit you, leave it out of your diet, I also hate garlic and I leave it out". I was then told that there were patients there with more serious problems and she ended the conversation. I found this completely unprofessional. Just because she compares garlic and lactose. The lady probably doesn't realize that a possible lactose intolerance is a much more serious and expensive issue than omitting garlic from your diet. This issue will limit you much more in life than her garlic problem. I think they should think about their approach to patients who want to make an appointment."
