"I became pregnant twice and gave birth safely here. They manage appointments well, so there's little wait time (although it gets busy on Saturdays), which is convenient for commuting while working. Also, when I was trying to conceive, I did too much research and got overwhelmed, which led to me asking a lot of impertinent questions about treatments and so on, but they always answered my questions patiently. Both of the doctors are trustworthy. The nurses and receptionists are also kind and polite. My one complaint is that there were a few times when egg retrieval or implantation had to be postponed due to the high number of holidays. Unlike large clinics with multiple doctors, this is unavoidable as there are only two doctors, but as an elderly person like me, who was fighting against time, it was a pain. Also, blood tests take a long time, which meant I would feel anxious for a long time. I often considered transferring to an open clinic like the ones featured on TV, but I'm glad I was able to get treatment here."

"After two unsuccessful IVF attempts at my previous clinic, I decided to switch to Heart Clinic after reading reviews about their strength in treating implantation failure. On my first visit, the clinic director encouraged me, saying, "It's okay. If we can find the cause, you will be able to get pregnant," as I was feeling discouraged after not being able to conceive. I believed in the doctor's words, underwent tests and treatment, and then successfully conceived on my first attempt, and recently gave birth. My husband and I are both deeply grateful to the clinic director for allowing us to meet our adorable child. Also, as others have mentioned, the staff worked together seamlessly and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Thank you so much."

"I learned about this clinic's strength in treating implantation failure, and after transferring here, I became pregnant within a year. I am grateful for their care. The nurses are highly skilled and make no mistakes. They consider tests and measures related to implantation failure. The director is gentle and, in a good way, emotionally consistent (never irritated or unfriendly despite being busy; at my previous hospital, the director's attitude was inconsistent, which bothered me), allowing me to calmly discuss and listen to what I wanted to say. I underwent egg retrieval more than five times, and each time, they slightly changed the approach and strategy, considering individualized measures, which was very helpful. In other conversations, I felt the director had a high level of knowledge and experience. I had heard that the fees were high, but actually, the financial burden was less than at my previous hospital. They clearly answered whether advanced medical treatments and other options were necessary, so unnecessary ones were omitted. At my previous hospital, they added things just because they seemed like they should, and blood tests were done every time, so the treatment costs were higher than at this hospital. I usually went on weekday mornings, and there was almost no waiting time, making it easy to take the morning off work without any disruption. Be aware that on weekends, you might have to wait for several hours. Initially, I was receiving infertility treatment at a hospital near my home, but due to insurance limitations and other factors, I realized it would have been better to start treatment at a well-known hospital from the beginning."

"I transferred to this clinic after hearing that they specialize in treating implantation failure. I had undergone one egg retrieval and seven transfers at a local clinic, but nothing worked out—two miscarriages and five negative results. However, after transferring to Tokyo Heart Clinic, I received a positive result after one egg retrieval and two transfers, and was able to safely give birth to my first child. The director is very reliable, and his son is also a very kind doctor. The nurses are also very knowledgeable and very helpful. The administrative staff is also very efficient. I also received free infertility counseling here, and the counselor's words were very comforting. They helped me feel a little better during the difficult infertility treatment period. The short wait time, about 30 minutes from check-in to checkout, is also helpful. However, I'm a little disappointed that the clinic's hours are short (they're not open until late in the evening) and that it takes a while for the blood test results to come back. I'm very grateful to the staff at Tokyo Heart Clinic for successfully conceiving my child. This clinic is recommended for those with implantation failure!"

"I had undergone four embryo transfers at another clinic without success and was about to give up when I learned about this clinic and transferred here. After transferring, I conceived on my first egg retrieval and transfer, and now I have a six-month-old daughter. I will never forget the doctor's kind and warm words, such as, "I've placed the egg in a good spot," and "Your body is capable of getting pregnant." Of course, the doctor's knowledge and skills are also excellent. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone suffering from implantation failure."
