"I hope this clinic goes bankrupt soon and we get a new remake. There’s no concept on appointment despite forcing you to make appointments. Consider yourself lucky if you waited just 1hr even when you come on time. This clinic should enforce appointment timing rather than first come first serve. Tip for all: if your appointment is 4pm, just come early before clinic open and you will get serve first."

"My appointment was at 09:20. At 10:10 the doctor finally was ready for me. It was a 2 minute appointment at which he read the results of my blood test to me and had no followup information. These could have been sent via email (as is done at other clinics). They're very disrespectful of your time here in general. Last time was a similar 45-minute-ish delay."

"I've been going here for my annual health checks for 3 years. I think the overall care is good and waiting time is not that bad, but this depends on when your appointment is. I always make my appointment in the morning and the longest it has taken me to get through everything is a little over an hour. I understand and agree with the comments of it seeming like a factory just getting people through, but I think that is just the nature of this clinic. You don't really get a chance to consult on anything with the doctor at the end of the check but I personally prefer to talk with specialists after results."

"I understand there are low reviews for this clinic, but I had no issues at Tokyo Midtown Clinic. The check in process was very easy, and the receptionist spoke great English. I waited about 15 minutes before my number was called and met with the doctor. Again, the doctor spoke very good English and he ordered the tests I needed immediately after talking to me. I waited another 5 minutes or so, and met with the nurse who took my blood. Again, she was super kind! I have super tiny veins but she got the needle in on her first try. I'm sure all the negative reviews might put someone off from coming here, but overall my visit here was great and I recommend everyone trying this place at least once!"

"I think the negative reviews here haven’t experienced other clinics , this clinic is considerably much much friendlier and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Wait times are very normal in Japan irrespective . I had one negative experience last year but they were all ears and actually catered to me really well. And this year they actually showed progress in my experience."
