"Very efficient with reasonable prices. However, my experience with the doctor was very uncomfortable. He was extremely rude and mocked me because I hadn’t been using the best medication for my condition (which is why I went to see him in the first place) and I didn’t know how to use an underarm thermometer on myself without any instructions. I would like to attribute this to cultural differences or a language barrier, but he was so rude I almost cried in the consultation room."
"I would like to thank all the staff and doctors at this clinic. It was an incredibly stressful situation when my 3-year-old was injured late in the evening, especially since most nearby clinics were either closed or only spoke Japanese. This clinic was the exception. We took a taxi there and were seen immediately. Everyone was so kind, caring, and professional. I’m truly grateful for the help we received. Highly recommended if you need medical assistance and are looking for English-speaking doctors and staff."
"Good service. Luckily we found this clinic with very little hassle and its location was very convenient. We were able to make an appointment online but arrived early. Went in with sore throat and coughs. At first surprised that there were no patients waiting but it turns out the clinic is on the 2nd floor and the reception is on the 1st floor. There were people waiting on the 2nd fl. waiting for their queue to be called. Not sure how they ordered their queue because at first it was a normal sequenctial queue but then it skipped to higher numbers then back to lower numbers. It took us about 40min to be called. Doctor was able to communicate in English. Asked a few questions but didn't really do an examination only took a look down the throat and gave us a prescription to be filled at a pharmacy. The reception provided med certificate for insurance claim through email. The clinic is clean, small and professional looking. Price is posted clearly and very reasonable. Highly recommend this place for those with symptoms without having to go to a hospital."
"Excellent clinic for tourists in Tokyo. I needed an English-speaking doctor, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. The doctor, nurses, and receptionist all spoke English and were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was especially impressed that they were open on New Year’s Day, which made a huge difference while traveling. The clinic was also easy to locate and well organised. Highly recommended for visitors who need medical care in Tokyo."
"I brought my mother from overseas to this clinic while she was visiting Japan. She does not have Japanese health insurance, and we were quite worried at first. However, the whole experience was very reassuring. We made an online appointment in advance and didn’t have to wait at all when we arrived. The doctor was extremely patient, attentive, and took the time to communicate clearly with us. We truly appreciated the careful explanation and professional care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone visiting Japan who may need medical attention during their trip. It was a smooth and comforting experience for us."
