"known to be one of the best hospitals in Japan. Many japanese celebrities supposedly go to this hospital as well. this hospital was renovated in 2019, so it looks much better and newer now. If you have some serious conditions or concerns, this one is a safe bet. Only the downside is that they still do not have wifi."

"I can't recommend the obstetrics and gynecology department of this hospital. A member of my family was treated here and even though the doctor in charge provided very little information she accepted treatment because he made her very worry about her condition even though it was not critical. As a result she underwent a full surgery with unnecessary ablations and felt like a guinea pig for trainee doctors. Nobody had warned her that by doing this surgery she would lose most of the natural defenses in the lower half of her body, and need to wear pressured tights for the rest of her life. Oh, and the female nurses attitude was also despicable. Should you ever deal with this hospital, always consult another place before agreeing to any surgery or treatment, or you may regret it for the rest of your life. Be safe and healthy."

"I went to the emergency department of this hospital due to vomiting and fatigue caused by jet lag since landing in Tokyo. They told me the treatment could cost up to 100,000 yen, which I agreed to. However, they said they could not even provide a simple consultation report required for my travel insurance and that I would need an appointment for that. This is an emergency department — in an urgent situation, how am I supposed to make an appointment and come back a week later to receive treatment? Because of this, I was unable to be examined and had to cut my trip short. They made an effort not to examine me, so even 1 star is too much for this establishment. The way foreigners are treated here is unacceptable."

"Had an injury in Tokyo and was taken to this hospital by the ambulance. The staff here are all wonderful, from the ER doctors, to the nurses and the social worker. They took good care of me, and even went to great lengths to procure a wheelchair for me for my last remaining days in Japan. I wish I wrote down their names, because everyone was so wonderful. The only downside is that hospitals in Japan have a high fee for visiting at night and staying overnight. So I didn’t end up staying even though I was advised to as it was way too costly. And the wait time to see a specialist the next day, even with an appointment, was really long. We waited almost 3-4 hours"
