"Had our initial consult with Dr Cadesky last week. I previously googled him and was a little worried of the reviews I was reading. My husband and I weren’t expecting a great consult and we were considering getting a referral to another clinic if the consult went badly. To our surprise my husband and I both enjoyed speaking with him. He was to the point , explained what he thinks our issue is ( we had 12mths of failed medicated timed cycles and IUI) . He prescribed meds I need to start asap for PCOS/PMOS and provided bloodwork and ultrasound/ sonohysterogram requisition forms within the hour. We have a solid plan and we look forward to following up in August for the next steps !"

"I had a very disappointing experience with Evolve/TRIO Fertility Clinic, specifically under the care of Dr. Dason, during my egg freezing cycle. I chose to undergo this process early in my 30s to maximize both egg quality and quantity. I trusted the clinic to design an appropriate protocol and to keep me fully informed so I could make decisions throughout the cycle. That did not happen. What is most concerning is what I was told only after the cycle was completed. During my follow up, Dr. Dason explained that a higher dose of stimulation medication could have been used to recruit more follicles. I was also told that, given the low number of developing follicles, I could have chosen to cancel and restart the cycle. None of this was clearly communicated to me during treatment. I was not given the opportunity to reassess or provide informed consent in real time. The outcome was 9 eggs retrieved, and I was later told that the eggs have been retrieved prematurely, raising concerns about their viability. That is extremely difficult to accept given the timing, cost, and intention behind doing this procedure at an optimal age. The patient experience was equally concerning. During my follow up appointment, there was little to no empathy shown while discussing these outcomes. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal, as though the goal was simply to get through the appointment. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the emotional or financial impact, and no personal follow up from Dr. Dason afterward to address my concerns. For a medical procedure of this scale and cost, that level of care is not acceptable. This process requires a significant investment. The medications alone are expensive, and the cycle involves repeated early morning monitoring, physical strain, and emotional stress. I made a serious financial commitment to do this properly, and I still have not been able to recover enough to attempt another cycle. The proposed solution was to repeat the cycle with a 50 percent discount. Given the lack of transparency, missed opportunities to adjust the protocol, and the outcome, this does not adequately address the situation. It shifts the burden back onto the patient for a result that may have been avoidable with proper communication and care. Given these circumstances, I believe it was reasonable for the clinic to take full responsibility and offer a repeat cycle at no cost. Anything less fails to reflect the impact of what occurred. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously. Patients place a great deal of trust in their care team during fertility treatment, and that trust depends on transparency, accountability, and genuine patient-centered care. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with choosing this facility for treatment."

"Going into my 8th IVF transfer, I honestly wasn’t planning on leaving a review for Trio. However, after today’s transfer, I truly felt compelled to share my experience. The physician who performed the transfer, Dr. Motamedi, was absolutely amazing. Regardless of the outcome of this transfer, I feel it’s important to say that even though we were only in the room with him for about 15 minutes, his energy, positivity, and the genuine interest he showed in us made a lasting impression. For the first time in this journey, I walked out of the OR feeling positive and happy. He asked thoughtful questions, made us feel seen, and brought a sense of calm and hope that I didn’t even realize I was missing. It meant more than I can put into words. I’m so grateful to have met him today."

"I've been seeing Dr. Cantor for the past three years and have only good things to say. She is a great expert, very approachable and caring. Additionally, her coordinator Paula is very efficient and responds quickly. I underwent IVF and UIU and had only positive experiences."

"If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. The customer service at this clinic is absolutely disgusting and beyond disappointing. Dealing with fertility struggles is already emotionally exhausting, stressful, scary, and lonely — the last thing anyone should have to deal with is being ignored, dismissed, or treated with attitude by the very people who are supposed to support you during such a sensitive time. Unfortunately, when I first started with this clinic, my schedule made it difficult to attend appointments consistently. However, now that my schedule has cleared up, I have been trying for over TWO MONTHS to reconnect and book appointments again, and I have received absolutely no response from anyone despite multiple attempts to reach out. No callbacks, no follow-ups, nothing. On top of the complete lack of communication, the attitude from the front desk staff is unacceptable. Simply asking questions is met with rudeness and impatience. Patients should feel welcomed, supported, cared for, and safe — especially in a fertility clinic where people are already vulnerable and emotionally overwhelmed. This clinic seriously lacks compassion, professionalism, communication, and basic customer service skills. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility support. People deserve better care and better treatment during one of the most difficult journeys of their lives."
