What prompted my review this time is that I have just had a super efficient and great interaction with Filipe from the Customer Service Team. I have an extremely busy job and it is challenging sometimes to find time to arrange for my personal appointments (of any kind), yet Filipe made this process very smooth and very fast! Also in general their doctors and nurses and everyone at the front desk are all great, friendly and helpful. Everyone also speak fluent English which is also very helpful pero mi Castellano no es lo major. Highly recommended!"
