"Worst experience ever! Waiting time so long even tho not crowded. Only have two rooms operating, while the other rooms could see people come in and out but not serving queue numbers. Also can see double standards here. If local patient they will try to serve you as fast as possible, when tourist patient turn, suddenly very friendly, comforting can give time to talk through. "Visited the clinic on 2 Jan 2026 with my 10 month old who was running a high temperature. We had such an unpleasant experience and I will never return again. The service is soooo slow and unacceptable. We understand that after a holiday there may be a waiting time and we expected that. What we did not expect was having to wait for sooo long for our baby's influenza swab test results. We had to ask the nurse multiple times and tell her our baby is having a temperature of 39.6 degrees Celsius and he was so uncomfortable so could they expedite the process. We still had to wait and wait. What was even worst was that after the results came out, the doctor told us that the clinic did not have any stocks for any of the medication for my baby. We wasted 2 hours at this place. Please think twice before coming. No sense of professionalism, urgency or empathy towards patients."

"I came for a medical check up. The service consider not slow due to so many patient. Register at 930 finish at 1230.They do serve drinks like milo, coffee and biscuit after you had taken blood so that you are not hungry. The facilities also good."
