"I got an appointment for 10.25 am. They sent me a calendar invite for that time, so that's when I was planning to be in the clinic. When I arrived, they told me that appointments start 20 minutes before the scheduled time and now they wouldn't provide the service. They say that at the bottom of an email that confirms your reservation 10.25. This is beyond ridiculous - if you want people to come early, make that the appointment time and adjust the calendar invites you're sending out. That's basic customer service. I spent an hour commuting just to get nothing. And the barely English speaking administrator blamed me with "you're 20 minutes late"."
