"We have selected Unica based on reviews and results on patients of 40+ (a difficult target to have good results on). It was a longer journey than we anticipated at first – as we all start with the belief that in one or two trials for sure we will be successful, while the stories with ladies that got pregnant after more than 4-5 trials are just exceptions. Despite our hopes and a few good general indicators, we were in the group that needed to try a bit more till reaching a happy outcome; I am 5 months pregnant so I can summarise a full experience. What we appreciated very much in these ~3 years+ of treatment: 1. Respect for the patient and what the patient wants – while clearly explaining what you need to be prepared for. 2. Not feeding us with fake optimism/hopes, and in the same time - also not using cold statistics to diminish our hopes. 3. Fast and clear reply to all our inquiries – essential when you are traveling from abroad and part of the investigations are done with your local doctor. 4. Improvements we could see from one year to the next, in terms of: latest study results (for. ex in medication, approach in the recommendation after ET, etc.), overall set-up of the clinic, and – very important for me – the quality of coordination; in the last year I was assigned to a new lady in the team and she was great in terms of explanations, speed of response, empathy and organization skills (many thanks Vila, you really made a difference)."

She has been incredibly communicative, kind, and attentive every step of the way. I also have a significant fear of needles, and she has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and supported throughout this process.
