"​I have visited UMCL many times, both for myself and with my child. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the doctors, the punctuality and friendliness of the receptionists, and the overall pleasant and welcoming atmosphere (spacious reception area, kids' corner available). They have a very gentle and attentive approach to children in the treatment room (my son had his vaccination there). I would also like to specially mention Dr. Natalia Prakhova. A very pleasant and knowledgeable doctor!"

"I highly recommend the clinic where my whole family regularly cares about health. I trust the doctors of UMCL as very experienced professionals. All the analysis we do in the clinic as well and nurses are just amazing. The range of specialists covered almost all health issues and in case you need more the team is very helpful, they guide and support. No language barrier, no hustle, no long waiting. All the facilities are super comfortable and up to date. I am happy there is such a place in Lisbon!"

"Yesterday we visited the clinic with our newborn baby and we were VERY SATISFIED!) We needed to do the newborn screening test, which is normally performed between the 3rd and 6th day of life, but unfortunately all those days coincided with public holidays and all Portuguese clinics refused to perform it. We contacted UMC Lisbon, and the reception staff quickly advised us and offered to do the test on the same day — we are very grateful for that! We would also like to thank the nurse who performed the test so gently and carefully that our baby didn’t even cry. Thank you very much!"

"Huge thanks to the clinic and the entire team. My daughter was feeling very unwell, and we came without an appointment because we live nearby and it was faster than going to any emergency service. The doctor thoughtfully took us in without making other patients wait and gave us a lot of attention, involving additional opinions when needed. Blood tests were taken from my 1.8-year-old daughter so gently that she didn’t fully understand what was happening, even though finding a vein at that age is not easy at all. All test results came back quickly, and potential serious concerns were ruled out immediately. We left calmly to recover at home. While we were there, my older son was happily playing with a great selection of toys available at the clinic, which made the whole experience much easier for our family. There is also a small coffee and tea station, with sweets and even oat milk, a really thoughtful detail, especially when you’re stressed and worried about your child. I am deeply grateful for the ethics, the approach, and the genuine desire to help, not just from the doctor, but from the entire staff, from reception to the laboratory and the additional specialists involved. "No waiting lines, English speaking team, fast communication. I was able to get an appointment on the same day with wonderful Dr. Tatiana, who was really attentive and professional. She explained everything in detail, helped me understand my situation, and created a clear treatment plan for me. The administrative staff were also lovely and welcoming, communication was excellent, and I was even offered a coffee. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!"

"Hello, we came to this hospital to have an ultrasound scan for our four-month-old baby. We were truly impressed with both the service and the doctor. The staff treated us with great care, kindness and warmth, and everything was done quickly and professionally. Unlike some larger hospitals where you have to wait a very long time, here the process was smooth and efficient. In our opinion, this is a clear advantage of a smaller clinic, where the attitude towards patients is much more personal and attentive."
