"I visited this clinic requesting a COVID test because my symptoms were clearly consistent with COVID. The doctor told me there was no need for a COVID test and instead recommended Influenza A and B, stating it was more common, despite my symptoms not matching Influenza A or B at all. I questioned this but agreed to proceed, and specifically asked to also do a COVID test. The doctor said that would be fine. However, when I went to the lab technician and asked for the COVID test, I was told that they do not perform COVID tests at all. This raised serious concerns for me, as it felt like I was being pushed to do a test that wasn’t appropriate, while the test I clearly needed was not even available. Either there was a lack of communication and medical understanding, or unnecessary tests were being suggested. To be safe, I went to another clinic, did a COVID test, and it came back positive. I also had to call to get the influenza results from them which was ready after 30 mins but no one bothered to tell me."

"Very Poor Experience – Would Never Recommend I went to this hospital with fever, cold, and cough. The doctor Ahmed Elmogtaba checked me and prescribed a large number of tablets and syrups, along with blood tests and a flu test. I followed the treatment for 6 days, test results came all negative but there was absolutely no improvement in my cold and cough treatment. I consulted the same doctor again, and he told me to continue for another week. I was taking 4–5 tablets just for a simple cold and cough. When I asked for nebulization, they said they close at 8 PM, which was very inconvenient. Finally, I went to another hospital. The doctor there was shocked at the number of medicines I was taking and advised me to stop them. They gave me just one tablet, and I was cured in two days! This clearly shows the lack of quality and experience of the doctors at the first hospital at Universal specialty medical. Never recommend this hospital to anyone."
