"Horrible cashier they have at the lobby of Toronto General Hospital at the University Ave. Entrance. Very rude lady! I didn’t realize it was not information desk, and asked her something. Not only did she frown, she gave me an attitude! Disgusting!"

"If I could give 0 stars,I would. They have no work ethics, the specialist was very arrogant and a bully, has no compassion for the sick people. I'm writing on behalf of my sister."

"Emailed UHN Patient Relations regarding my chemo appointment being missed and medical team did not take responsibility of rebooking. However, PRs also was very unhelpful, incompassionate and unempathetic. They reply back to me stating, "as you were already informed, they cannot pre-book your chemo appointments...." while they missed the entire problem all together....my appointment was booked! Patient Relations was not helpful at all and staff are rude."

"All of my experiences in any part of UHN, have been exceptional. They are kind, thoughtful and compassionate. After all it is the best hospital in Canada and one of the top in the world. The system is stretched and people have no patience or understanding that they are not the only patient. We are very fortunate to have this expertise within our reach! Be grateful!"

"I had surgery on April 8, 2026 at UHN, and wish to heartily thank the wonderful team of nurses, technicians, anaesthetists, fellows, and doctors. In addition to the persons named here were many more contributors to the seamless process unnamed: Jasmine, Tracy, Anna, Alisha, Marsha, Na, Dr. Wanda Marini, and Dr. Wey Leong. Thank you!"
