"The overnight emerg doctor, I believe of Korean decent, treated me like a criminal. He did not address my medical concern, hardly looked at me directly after an 8 hour wait. He was not concerned about my health in the slightest, rather the situation. I was medically bypassed and it seemed like he deliberately attempted to humiliate me. He further traumatized me in an already traumatizing situation and denied me proper medical care. Why are you a doctor if you have no compassion?"

"If I could give 0 stars,I would. They have no work ethics, the specialist was very arrogant and a bully, has no compassion for the sick people. I'm writing on behalf of my sister."

"I walked in with shingles and left with scabies as a parting gift. I was reminded the other day that it has taken 2 years for the shingles to scab over. Most of staff incompetent and just there for the paycheque."

"Emailed UHN Patient Relations regarding my chemo appointment being missed and medical team did not take responsibility of rebooking. However, PRs also was very unhelpful, incompassionate and unempathetic. They reply back to me stating, "as you were already informed, they cannot pre-book your chemo appointments...." while they missed the entire problem all together....my appointment was booked! Patient Relations was not helpful at all and staff are rude."

"All of my experiences in any part of UHN, have been exceptional. They are kind, thoughtful and compassionate. After all it is the best hospital in Canada and one of the top in the world. The system is stretched and people have no patience or understanding that they are not the only patient. We are very fortunate to have this expertise within our reach! Be grateful!"
