"The emergency of the hospital is a joke. The doctor was a complete amateur. They told me to leave without even a basic examination. They were unsure of my condition, but they were sure about medication. They prescribed me epilepsy pills, only later i found out i had teeth issues giving me strong headache. Avoid this hospital - joke"
"I visited a surgical clinic and everything went well. Staff was professional and nice. I can only recommend this hospital from my experience."
"nurses don't speak a single word of English in a public service that serves also foreigners.. And they're rude Foreigners are paying taxes too and should be treated equally. And such job positions should have English as mandatory second language as well."
"The oncology department food is terribly bad and absolutely unadapted to support the cancer treatment patient needs. The microwave is extremely slowly heating and needs to be changed. The hospital buffet is a total communism recall. There shall be some sort of healthy food available in the building!! The rooms in the 14th floor miss air-conditioning and also the possibility to open the window a bit. Some staff is friendly but some nurses are very unfriendly, rude and not caring. Appointments are not respected. The cleaning staff does not speak Czech at all. There are also some doctors who are learning but missing the training and acompaniement by more experienced doctor so they make suffer the patients enormously during such a standard intervention like a PICC insertion. We were in total carantene for weeks before my mum went for a chemo there and she came back with covid and she and my father almost didn't make it. It is totally unacceptable for one of the main oncological departments of the country to be so much lacking most of the hygiene standards."
"Was there for an emergency. Everyone was so nice and kind. Apart from waiting, everything went well and they treated me with care ❤️ UPDATE: my last appointment was a complete nonsense. The doctor was a complete arrogant/rude. It was also such a hustle calling people to their appointments! What kinda doctor (should be smart enough) that doesn’t speak English!!!! I asked some questions, several times, still got a confusing answer! Also, the assistant doctor or whatever that was removing my stitches, was literally shaking! I am not sure if that’s ok with removing stitches, but I was in great pain 👎"
