"Doctor super cool and helpful! But: Kassa closed between 12 and 12.30. You are there with two kids, one 4 years the other 5month. You have doctors appointments and keep your Kids happy at the same time :-) not easy. Under stress you get to the Kassa at 12.00. Lady tells you and your two Kids to wait 30 minutes due to break. Not her fault, but poor organization! Suggest replacing that unneded job by a payments machine..."

"I have a great experience and to be honest, I don't understand negative comments.. every single time I was there with my son I had a great experience, staff was nice, very helpful..well, it maybe depends on people's karma :) meaning, what goes around comes around ;) Update 2026: my son had a surgery in ORL department.. I must say, it was the best experience here, very friendly staff, always helpful, kind, nice, teacher was also present and very very helpful to distract the kids from stress :) thank you so much for everything!! I can only recommend :)"

"A small guide for non Czech speaking people. If you go here, without appointment, go to the central registration in building C. Take a ticket for the department that you would like to consult ( everything on the screen is written in Czech. I used the camera option of Google translate to understand which option to choose). Wait for your number and then go to the corresponding registration counter. The person in the counter was speaking English. They will ask for your ID, doctor's recommendation and insurance. Keep everything ready. Go to the respective departments and wait for them to call your name."

"Had an excellent experience there last weekend when my daughter was sick. We got there around 1am and it was a little bit complicated to find the entrance based on Google Maps because it shows that you should enter from the street behind the hospital. Actually, the entrance is from Černopolní street. Once we found the right gate, we got to the reception and the person there could speak English and were very helpful. We paid the 99kč urgency fee and were asked to wait in another part of the building where the doctor would call us by my daughter's name. As the hospital was pretty much empty, it took us no more than 5 minutes waiting. The doctor spoke English as well and she was really nice and kind. She got us the prescription after checking on my daughter. She explained everything clearly and wrote down all the information for me. Great experience."
