Customer Reviews

"Friendly, professional staff. Felt very well cared for. Extensive speciality availability. Brand new beautiful facility clean abs extremely well maintained."
"Dr. Beatriz Sanchez pinto Pinto has been the worst example of this clinic. Terrible, unprofessional, borderline immature. She says she loves patients waiting for her!??They used to be “exclusive” and with high standards, but since about a year ago, it is very crowded (they overcooked doctors). Several of the doctors are too junior and with big egos (like doctor San chez Pinto)."
"A very impressive modern hospital with caring staff and very professional doctors. Rooms are spacious and clean equipped with everything for best hospitality: items of personal hygiene, climate control, WiFi, tv, recliners, automatic shutters etc. A variety of healthy food in the cafeteria. The clinica has a very nice and positive atmosphere which is critical for good recovery."
"I used the internal medicine / Hepatolog department for my liver issue. I am not sure about the other departments but I had the worst experience with the Hepatolog department. 1. I did many tests including blood, urine, ultrasound, MRI and genetics. They provided only the first two test reports. 2. I had an MRI appointment, and they canceled it three weeks before the appointment without notifying me while I was trying to get the authorization from my private health insurance. 3. The Hepatologist recommended to do the genetics test for about €800 and I accepted that. Then they gave me an invoice for €1150. Although I still haven't received the report after more than a month. 4. I did an MRI two weeks ago with the authorization from the insurance but I received an invoice for more than €700. I am still waiting for report. 5. I called the customer support and discussed my concerns but nothing has been resolved except they sent me a general overall report. 6. I am seeing different facilities and they asked if I could get the reports so they don't have to repeat the tests, but nothing has been done and they keep ignoring my requests. The other facilities couldn't wait longer and had to repeat the tests. 7. At this point, everything I have done at La CUN is useless and have no value anymore."
"We paid €590 for their service of getting a second opinion evaluation (oncology) with an “interdisciplinary team of doctors.” Instead it consisted of a single phone call with an oncologist. They never reviewed any of our scans. From just a singular report, the oncologist gave her (and ONLY HER) opinion. We asked if the interdisciplinary team was going to meet to look over the case and she said “I am the interdisciplinary team.” Do not waste your time and MONEY getting a second opinion here. They don’t provide what they advertise on their website. I will be filing a formal complaint."
