"On December 31st, during my visit to Munich, I started feeling unwell and decided to visit the emergency hospital. I was truly impressed by the exceptional care I received. Despite the busy day being the end of the year, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and showed incredible kindness and professionalism throughout my visit. They treated me with outstanding skill and efficiency, ensuring I felt comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this hospital for their excellent service and dedication to patient care. Thank you for making such a busy and special day easier and more reassuring!"

"The doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the waiting time in the emergency room can be long, urgent cases are given priority. ."

"I was admitted due to acute pains. Initial attention was quick and in English. I had to stay for a couple of days and the care from nurses and medical team was always polite and professional. For any acute health complaints, I’d definitely recommend."

"POLITE WITH SMILING FACES TRUE PROFESSIONALS There are no words to thank the staff working there. The process went quickly and smoothly. The hospital was clean and well equipped. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Inguinal hernia surgery 19.7.2024"

"Key Takeaways for future patients based on my experience: Expect very confusing communication between departments. What you are told verbally may not match what is later written down. Do not expect staff to acknowledge inconsistencies or mistakes — written complaints are answered defensively rather than constructively. I wrote TWO emails to their official complaint address before writing this review and they acknowledged NO mistakes. Positive note: imaging (ultrasound) was done properly and was helpful. Overall: If you need clear communication, continuity of care, and to feel taken seriously, this may not be the right place. Be prepared to advocate strongly for yourself — or seek care elsewhere."
