"I went with my girlfriend with a broken leg. After deciding to put it in gypsum, the doctor gave her treatment: massages with Voltaren and cold compresses for the first 3 weeks during the gypsum. He wrote her no painkillers!!! Of course the parking is always full, and when we went to control with "scheduled reservation" we still had to take an order number and wait like everybody else. I had to drop her in front of the hospital, find a parking lot way further in the neighborhood and come back on foot for ~20 minutes to bring her in the hospital, because nobody looked out for someone who just can't walk and bring her in. And yes, she's Czech and I speak a bit of Czech too. The cherry on the top was when we went for the day to take her gypsum off, and the butcher cut her skin on the leg and still he was shouting at us that she's bleeding all over his sheets. How could we dare to bleed? This hospital should be closed! If you ever need any kind of hospital service, stay away from this one!"

"worst experience with Dr. Novák petr. he sits in brno trauma hospital. he did not establish diagnosis. didn’t check if i have viral or bacterial infection. just assumed and prescribed medication. very rude doctor. didn’t listen to my symptoms. he was talking in low voice and was not explaining anything. gave a paper to nurse in two seconds and left the room. i hope no body has to deal with him. also there is no atm in hospital, we had to run to the city center in night just to get cash to pay to the doctor as we had foreigner health insurance"

"They are not able to diagnose. We found one good doctor who seem to have a plan , they admitted me in for a day to check me and from the moment i saw that doctor i never saw him again. Instead i saw 6 different. In one day!!!!!! All of them was giving me different reasons why i am in pain and no valid plan of what the next steps are. Super confusing and many nurses there are super rude to the foreigners. If it is an emergency , you have no other choice but to go there.. But in any other case , just go to another hospital."

"Everything fine for me. Young polite doctors and very clean equipment. X-ray also very new and modern. I think bad reviews are for hospital BEFORE RECONSTRUCTION!"

"The admission system to the emergency room is absurd: go to a kiosk with your Czech insurance card to get access to a first reception to prove you are you, to get access to a second reception after a stay in the waiting room, then back to the waiting room, and eventually get to a medical team... if the door opens. Still wonder what the 2nd reception is for. Then the Dr Traj made humiliating sarcastic comments about how we explained the accident. Then find your way to the x-ray ward's reception (!) which closes at 15h (everybody knows most people get hurt before 15h), where a sign sends you to the actual x-ray ward that opens for you if you ring the bell. The x-ray operator was actually the only one who behaved like a pro. And back to the waiting room, to land much later with the Dr and nurse that assume that if it's not broken, then it's not painful. But they'll happily disinfect minor scratches though, warning me it might sting as if I was a child. Not going back to that hospital."
