"I had an extended tummy tuck and BBL on Friday November 28, 2025 with Dr. Bucio and his fantastic team. My story began with a text consultation with the coordinator Lucinda. She was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Then she helped me coordinate a video consultation with Dr. Bucio. He was a very pleasant to talk to, professional, courteous, kind and trustworthy. He took time to explain to me all the steps in detail about the surgery. He got me with his great sense of humor and the love his has for his profession! After the video consultation , I was assigned to the amazing patient coordinator Diana. She was great to work with because she took care of all the paperwork process, transportation, and recovery room accommodations. The day of the surgery Dr. Bucio and his super star nurse Alex talked to me to make sure that I was feeling good and safe. They were very kind and their sense of humor helped me alot to get rid of the nerves! I requested to play Juan Gabriel songs during my surgery and they did! My surgery also went smoothly and without any complications thanks to the amazing anesthesiologist Dr. Peña! Dr. Peña is an Angel she made feel safe and cared for. She did such as great job that I didn't feel when the anesthesia was injected and I felt no pain prior the surgery and didn't have any pain afterwards. Dr. Peña does an outstanding job 👏 As part of my journey, I spent 7 days at their recovery room, recovery boutique which is in the same building. Everyone at recovery boutique did an incredible job during my stay. All the nurses were caring, compassionate and professional. They helped me with my medications, feed me delicious healthy food and helped me bathe. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are healthy, comfortable and all medical needs are met. I am very grateful that I chose Vida Wellness and Dr. Bucio and his incredible team! Vida Wellness is the best option because everything is in the same building, provide transportation from and to the border and they just make everything easier and stress free! Thank you Vida Wellness' team for all you did to take care of me 🙏"

"I went to VIDA in July to have a tummy tuck and some liposuction. I did SO MUCH research beforehand, but it couldn't have prepared me for how great this place really is. Beautiful building, friendly staff, and my surgeon? An absolute genius. Dr. Castañeda is professional and confident. He was so sure of his ability to give me exactly what I wanted during my video consult and then when I got to Tijuana. He knew he could give me the outcome I envisioned, and he went above and beyond. My results are shocking!!! I knew it would be good, but I look at myself now in a completely different light. His confidence has rubbed off on me. When I say this man has changed my life, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. On top of that, they take care of everything for you! Shuttle back and forth to the airport, the recovery boutique with all meals provided, 24-hour nursing on site, they cleaned me and dressed me and took such good care of me during my week stay. I would recommend VIDA over and over, and specifically get on Dr. Castañeda's schedule before the rest of the world figures out what an excellent surgeon he is and fills up his calendar. I would go to him again in the future. I would not even consider another surgeon. UPDATED review 3 months after surgery. All of the stuff I wrote above is still true. But I have had a hell of a time getting responses to my questions once I got home. I send email after email asking and get no response. This is particularly disappointing considering how well everything else went."

"Dr. Medina is an excellent doctor. He was very good at explaining my labs results and numbers and what are the expectations, he is a very kind, thoughtful human being which is a very import skill to have when you are a doctor, I do appreciate her time he took in explaining everything to me. I also want to say that his nurse was so kind and friendly, also their scheduler Alexis was amazing. Overall very happy with my visit. For sure I will be coming back and recommending this clinic to others."

"this is my second time going to Vida Wellness and Beauty for a liquid rhinoplasty. The staff is always so quick and attentive. Dr. Fuentes does a great job explaining the process, where he is injecting the filler, discussing aftercare, and overall making me feel comfortable. This process was completely painless and I recommend him to all my friends and family. I have received several compliments already from the work he has done. If i could give more than a 5 star rating i would!"
