"One of the best qualified hospitals in Europe regarding patient care, diagnosis, and treatment. Easy admission and investigations. Prof. Dr Manfred Muhlbaure and Dr Mark Schurz were best doctors we had dealt with, professional at work and patient care post surgery."

"After experiencing horrific medical care at another hospital (not in Austria) this clinic was a breath of fresh air. Everything was perfectly done, including the surgery, the post-op care, and all the administrative paperwork. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and was particularly impressed by the kindness and care of the nurses, many of whom were from the Western Balkans, on the fifth floor. They were the epitome of thoughtful, patient-centric care. Hvala!"

"Every single staff I came in contact with made sure I was feeling welcomed and well taken care of. People went out of their way to provide extra care and were showing professional but genuine interest in anything they could do to make my stay and received services as much aligned with my needs as possible. All the staff, from admission desk, to nurses, to all the specialists (surgery, physio, dietologist, etc.) and including hygiene management staff, all of them made sure to represent Wiener Privatklinik in the best possible light and I am amazed and humbled by their dedication and professionalism. Thank you!"

"My experience at the clinic was quite positive. I had a majour surgery performed by Prof. Kaczirek and then stayed in a private room on the 5th floor. When I arrived everything was handled quite well and organized. The morning of my surgery I was approached by the anesthesiologist who was very kind and soothing - ready to reply to any questions I had. After I woke up in the recovery room, the staff was super helpful and carrying, and the anesthesiologist kept coming and checking on me every hour. They saw I was doing quite well and moved me to my private room the same day rather then keeping me there all night. Then all the nurses and staff on the 5th floor totally made my stay much better, always smilling and being helpfull and positive. Even the ones who didn't speak English always found a way to communicate with me and if needed an english speaking staff was brought in. I am not a medical person, but I am quite a demanding customer and I can honestly say that I felt in good and proffessional hands all the time from both - medical and customer service point of views. I know everyone's experience and perception are very individual, but if you are worried about your procedure there, just relax - you are in good hands. Team "5th floor" - thank you for all the support and even fun times we had. :) Yours, Patient 501"

"We came from Kosovo for my husband’s surgery after a prosthesis fracture, as this type of operation could not be performed in our country. Our experience was truly excellent. The entire staff was wonderful – from the nurses to the doctors and even the kitchen team. Everyone was kind, professional, and very supportive throughout our stay. The conditions in the hospital were fantastic, with a very high level of cleanliness and care in every aspect. A special thank you to Prof. Dr. Rainer Kotz, who was extremely professional, attentive, and caring. We are very grateful for everything. Highly recommended!"
