"I took my dad for treatment last week. Looking at his age, the front desk staff/ reception helped to get a bed quickly for him. After which the front desk / reception staff came up to check on us. The observation room staff especially Nurses are well trained and quite helpful. Following his admission - treatment was given. Food - There is a in-house Nutritionist who plans the meals for patients based on their treatment. Food was served on time and was nutritious. Cleanliness and Hygiene - Rooms and toilets are regularly cleaned keeping the place clean."

"Would recommend going here even during emergency. Went and consulted with Dr.Hemalatha she asked us to see a nurse in emergency,asked her if she would prescribe any medicines she told once the nurse sees she will prescribe medication but without further consultation she left within 30mins. The nurse who took me to emergency ward gave me injection and did a procedure and left to labour ward saying she has some work there and switched me to another nurse who was no where to be seen. The doctor was least bothered about the issue i came with as well as the nurse!! While doing the procedure everyone was opening the screen and seeing!!! There is no privacy at all even a male doctor opened the screen. When i started shouting, they didn’t come!! What a shitty hospital and emergency ward is this! After informing the main counter multiple times a nurse came and she didnt know what to do then she told me to go home and do the same thing myself. But she was clever to get the doctor fees alone. There was no improvement for the emergency thing i went and met the doctor. Had to return back home!!"
