"We had a very good experience at Vijaya Hospital during the delivery of our first child during the Covid period, which gave us the confidence to choose Vijaya again for our second child’s delivery. Once again, we had a better experience. From admission to discharge, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. A shoutout thanks to Dr. Mala for her excellent guidance, confidence, and support throughout the journey. The assistant and duty doctors were friendly, supportive, and always approachable. We also sincerely thank Dr. Padma and her team for taking such good care of our newborn and ensuring constant monitoring and safety. Special appreciation to all the nurses for their quick response whenever we called, especially during the night. Their patience, kindness, and caring attitude gave us great peace of mind. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team, food service staff, and all the support staff who made our stay smooth and comfortable. The rooms were always clean and hygienic, and the maintenance was excellent. The food was served on time every day, which was very helpful for recovery and comfort. The dedication, teamwork, and kindness shown by everyone made the birth of our second child a safe, positive, and memorable experience for our family.
