"According to the website, clients should be contacted immediately after booking an appointment. This did not happen in my case. There is no messaging option on the website, so I contacted the clinic via Facebook three days in advance, asking several questions, including about pricing, as no prices are listed online. My messages were seen, but I received no response. The clinic only replied after I wrote to cancel the appointment for both myself and my child. This is very disappointing, especially for a clinic that claims to work with foreign patients. Had I known about this lack of communication, I would have chosen another clinic. As a result, I have now lost the opportunity to book elsewhere."

"I consulted Dr Hồ Ngọc Mình regarding an orthopedic injury and I was extremely satisfied with his thorough assessment, education regarding the diagnosis and the recommended treatment. I then met with Mr Nguyễn Quyết Thắng, lead physiotherapist, and Duy, physiotherapist who assessed the specific area of concern, using state of the art equipment to measure pressures, provided a copy of the measurement results, explained what they meant and designed a specific programme to resolve the identified problem. I now feel reassured that my condition is not serious and that I can resolve the symptoms with a specific exercise regime. Thanks to Vinmec for employing such experts in their fields and I would recommend anyone with medical concerns to attend this hospital."

"I had a wonderful experience today at Vinmec with EVERYONE being especially kind & going above & beyond. I was in real trouble too with a nasty Skin Cancer & in Viet Nam not so many hospitals & practitioners are familiar with it like in Australia where im from. As most Aussies im really spoiled by our Free Healthcare system for those who need it, unemployed, oldies like me, single parents etc & for those working at 2% of our NETT after tax income it's especially affordable too. Today your Dr Y really stood out & was remarkably intuitive for one so young. Typically Vietnamese our Dong Chi Y was outstanding & very genuinely warm, kind, good humoured & PROFESSIONAL !!! I love the magnificent, heroic & incredible Viet Nam with all my "Hart", have lived & worked here for over 25 years & its people like Comrade Y that make living here so wonderful & just that little bit magical too !!! "I have been very pleased with my service at this hospital starting from the point I stepped in the emergency room. While everyone has been caring and thoughtful, I would like to give a special shout out Resident Luong Nyguyen Thein Y. She is the most caring and compassionate person imaginable! She took time clearly telling my family in the ER my situation and even talking to my husband who was in the States to explain things to him! She is very special and will continue to be a bright beacon in her profession!! I can’t be more grateful that she entered my life on that day!!"
