"Very nice and modern hospital. I'd say it's one of the best in Hanoi. It is very clean and most staff members are friendly and speak English to a certain degree. If you have to see a doctor whose English is limited, you can request an interpreter for free. There are plenty of lifts and parking for motorbikes. If you arrive with a car taxi, then they can drive through and leave you by the door. Please remember to claim your Vin ID points when you pay, although some people who claim insurance don't get Vin ID points because of some policies. I can say customer service is excellent since they dealt with all my queries and issues very effectively, and nothing was too much for them. The medical staff are extremely attentive and cordial. Just a very few don't smile and even ignore customers and patients, but just very few. There is a pharmacy and a restaurant/cafe so you can eat there. There is also a back entrance for emergencies. It is less busy than the main entrance so you use this if you need more space or take longer time."

"I have been very pleased with my service at this hospital starting from the point I stepped in the emergency room. While everyone has been caring and thoughtful, I would like to give a special shout out Resident Luong Nyguyen Thein Y. She is the most caring and compassionate person imaginable! She took time clearly telling my family in the ER my situation and even talking to my husband who was in the States to explain things to him! She is very special and will continue to be a bright beacon in her profession!! I can’t be more grateful that she entered my life on that day!!"

"I received excellent caring and well thought out treatment for a serious blood and bone marrow infection at Vinmec International Hospital. The care was excellent and the hospital was room was very comfortable. The nurses were all very knowledgeable, capable and considerate. The care I received from Dr. Nhi (Nguyễn Thị Hồng Nhi, MD.) was exceptional. She provided an intelligent, well thought out program of treatment and carefully answered all my questions, as well as being very responsive to the requests of the insurance company. She also provided extensive information to help the doctors design appropriate treatment when I was repatriated to Canada. In addition, her English is excellent, which was also very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend her if you find yourself needing medical treatment in Hanoi, Vietnam."

"I consulted Dr Hồ Ngọc Mình regarding an orthopedic injury and I was extremely satisfied with his thorough assessment, education regarding the diagnosis and the recommended treatment. I then met with Mr Nguyễn Quyết Thắng, lead physiotherapist, and Duy, physiotherapist who assessed the specific area of concern, using state of the art equipment to measure pressures, provided a copy of the measurement results, explained what they meant and designed a specific programme to resolve the identified problem. I now feel reassured that my condition is not serious and that I can resolve the symptoms with a specific exercise regime.
