"The service was impressive. My son of 10yrs old was complaining of a mild ear ache during our vacation to Cancun. On our last night, he was up with lots of pain and discomfort. We were scheduled to leave the next day. I was debating traveling out of the resort to the local clinic because we only had a couple hrs before we had to leave for our flight home. I found this clinic at 0400 online. They responded via what's app with in seconds. They offered 3 options. I could schedule a visit to the local clinic at 0900, which meant leaving the resort. I could do a tele health consultation, which meant I still would have to leave to a pharmacy . Or have a dr come do a hotel visit. I was skeptical at first, but needed a solution quick without delaying or departure. So I choose the hotel visit. They were able to arrive at 0800. Considering nothing else was open, including the hotel infirmary I was relieved to see him. The Dr arrived at 0800 on the dot. Our hotel is very secure and takes awhile to get to our room. He had all the appropriate documents and He was very professional. I am a first responder so I know what to look for and can read a room quickly. He had all the appropriate equipment and diagnosed what we suspected. Swimmers ear. He had all the appropriate medication with him and was done in about 30min. I know this symptoms are not life threatening and minor considering other emergencies, but in the end it provided a solution quick and easy. The cost was about $250 for service and medication. It saved us a trip out into the hotel zone, saved time and provided relief for my son. I highly recommend this service to anyone that may have non, life threatening issues come up in the hotel zone of Cancun."

"I had water stuck in my ear for an entire day and decided to visit Kukulkan Medical Care. It was absolutely the best decision. The staff was extremely professional, attentive, and kind. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The procedure was quick, safe, and completely solved my problem. If you ever need medical assistance, especially for issues like water in the ear, I highly recommend Kukulkan Medical Care. They know exactly what they’re doing. 10/10 – excellent service and outstanding care."

"You never want to have to visit a doctor when you’re on holiday but Dr, Ulises de Jesus Bautista Andrade made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease. I had to get 2 stitches on my chin, which were done very well and he helped with my prescription. Even after he saw me he was still helping out on WhatsApp with our queries. Booking th appointment was super easy and the doctor had very good English explaining all the steps he was taking. Would 100% recommend coming here for any medical issues you may have!"

"Fantastic experience. Easily coordinated an appointment over WhatsApp. Dr Bautista was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and had a great 'bedside manner'. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided follow-up info for potential future visits. The prescribed meds were available onsite, so no additional trip to a pharmacy. A quick visit at a very reasonable price."
