"I went to the ED for a respiratory problem to make sure I didnt' need to be isolated from the rest of my family. After the triage, there's a waiting area with some chairs. I was there for about three hours. I had a nose swab and i was briefly seen by the doctor. Obviously, I knew that the ED's visit was going to be expensive, since I was paying out of pocket, but what made me mad was that they charged me for a cubicle in the ED. When I was never sat in any cubicle, never asked if I needed pain medicine but yet they charged me as if they had had me in a cubicle monitored. All in all, I paid about $550 to get a prescription for antibiotics and a respiratory panel swab. I have been sick in Madrid before and I comparing prices for quality of care with another healthcare facility, this hospital is lacking."

"Worst experience ever. Hospital is completely overpriced, they charged me over 800 euros for an emergency visit that was normal and nothing out of the ordinary. Nurses weren’t even that great. Do not go there"

"I arrived there for an emergency visit. They made sure to charge me 800 euros, while an emergency visit in a private hospital back home in Finland is 300 euros. The nurses were not skilled and couldn’t have the basic understanding of hygiene. They compressed the trash cans by their foot. Another nurse picked up the bandages from the floor and used them on the patient next to me. Long waiting and day time robbery."

"We unfortunately were transferred to this hospital from a public hospital before medical transport back to the states because my grandma had a fall on our vacation. We do not speak a lot of Spanish but were trying our best in a scary situation and using our translating apps. Most nurses were completely irritated with us and did not even try to use the translating app to help us understand what was going on for my grandma. One nurse we’ve now had for two nights now just tried to physically shove a pill in my grandmas mouth when we asked what the pill was before she would take it and then she was irritated with us. There are some nice nurses here but most are rude and they act like you are a complete bother to them. Yes the rooms are more spacious but it is not worth it to have to deal with these mean people. Just go to a public hospital, they will at least treat you right and not like a bother. It is horrible here. I will shout out Janette and Emelia. They both went above and beyond to make sure my grandma was taken care of and felt heard."

"Very easy to get an appointment, and impressed with their cardiology department. Dr. Vega Primo took his time evaluating me and ensuring all my questions were answered. This hospital has all the diagnostic test equipment needed, so no need to make other appointments elsewhere, they make it all very easy!"
