"Waited more than 4 hours for the Termin and received NO solution for my problem. Doctors guessing their recommendations on commonly known knowledge. No tests and further analysis are made."
"Avoid this hospital at all costs. The staff here are among the most negligent and unprofessional I’ve ever encountered. Refusing to treat or properly attend to a patient in an emergency is a violation of German law, yet this hospital operates as if human lives don’t matter. Patients are left suffering for hours with no communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency. I’m writing this review after waiting more than five hours in the emergency department, watching staff ignore serious cases while chatting or disappearing entirely. There is absolutely no respect, empathy, or medical responsibility shown here. It’s shocking that a hospital in Germany can function like this without intervention. Health authorities should thoroughly investigate this hospital and hold both the management and medical staff accountable. From my experience, it’s clear that this place desperately needs reform or complete restructuring before more people are put at risk."
"Some of the people working there are doing their best under very harsh conditions and some understanding for them is in order. My concern goes to the absolutely scary nurse that was literally letting someone die and didn't care to help. I had surgery and was in a room with an old lady. I chose local anesthesia but the person who did it obviously had no experience with that because 1) he told me lol 2) he was guided by another doctor telling him how to do it 3) he massively over dosed me. It was a 30 mins surgery and it took over 12 hours for the anesthesia to wear off and I was in so much pain I wanted to rip my arm off. So naturally I called the nurse, who didn't come. I know nurses are over worked so despite of crying in pain I waited for 45 mins before calling her again for a painkiller. When she came she yelled at me saying it's not cause I call her twice that she'll come faster. Later that night the lady next to me started chocking because she threw up while laying down. So I called the nurse and again she didn't come. The lady next to me was in distress and I had to get up to help her. Bear in mind the anesthesia wasn't gone and I couldn't move my right arm at all. it was super heavy and almost impossible to get out of bed to help her but I couldn't leave her to die so I got up. After I helped I went out to seek the nurse to tell her of the problem. She was sitting there reading a book and dismissing beepers. She was literally just turning them off without checking. When I called her she finally went to help the old lady next to me. I was so traumatized that in the place where you can expect to get help and not die you will only get yelled at at best and left to die at worst. I signalled this woman to the doctors the next morning but no one took me seriously. Then I was told my surgery was botched and it had to be done again meaning I had to stay longer. I almost fainted from a panic attack. I demanded to be discharged for the night and said I'll return for the surgery but I will not stay. As soon as I'm out of the OR I am leaving. There are many people in that hospital who are good people and don't lack empathy. They don't deserve to be put down. This comment goes very explicitly to that young lady that should not have been there in the first place. because not helping someone who is literally chocking, when you can is a reprehensible offense. Even more so when helping is your job and you're trained to do just that. I don't dare imagining what would have happened to that lady next to me if I hadn't managed to get up to help her... Old people are really disregarded. Not only by that nurse but also the others didn't want to help her anymore and just viewed her as annoying. They'd eventually come but really took their time and didn't care about her discomfort. Very sad."
"Went there every day for 2 weeks to visit someone in Neurochirurgie / intensive care. The both teams were very good and helpful. The doctors spoke English which was very nice. Every patient has a closet that closes with a locker, it was all safe. Clean rooms of 2 or 4 people single-sex. No bad experience at all for the person who stayed there 2 weeks - except food."
