"I wouldn’t be the first person to complain about their service especially their receptionist. Tried to use their website link to make an appointment but link didn’t work. Emailed them with the email adress provided on their website but no reply. Finally managed to have my call picked up and told the receptionist the difficulties I encountered only to have her rudely said “We cannot receive email. The doctor is fully booked for the next 6 months and that’s that”. If this snobbish and unprofessional behavior is a representation of the doctor then no doctor regardless how famous she is will gain my respect or trust."
