I had All-on-6 on one jaw and All-on-4 on the other, which is a major procedure, so trust and professionalism were absolutely critical for me. From my very first consultation, the team at WestDent were clear, patient, and reassuring. Every step was explained in plain English, with no pressure and no hidden surprises. The surgeons are highly skilled and extremely calm, which makes a huge difference when you’re undergoing complex implant surgery. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and clearly operates to a very high standard — comparable to, if not better than, many clinics in the UK. Pain management was excellent, recovery was closely monitored, and any questions or concerns I had were dealt with immediately. "My name is Julie & I’m from the uk. This was not a decision I made lightly. After years of difficult dental experiences and poor dentistry in the UK, I reached a point where I felt I had little option other than full-mouth rehabilitation. This was a huge emotional and physical decision for me. From the beginning, my experience with WestDent has been positive. Having all of my teeth removed was an extremely difficult step, and naturally I was very anxious. I required sedation during treatment, and the team supported me through what was a major stage of my journey. Throughout the process, I appreciated the organisation and professionalism shown by the clinic. I was given a detailed treatment plan, implant passport and documentation, which reassured me and made me feel there was a clear structure to my treatment and future care. I also found it reassuring to see that WestDent publicly displays recognised certifications and standards, including ISO certifications relating to quality management, customer satisfaction, information security and health and safety, as well as authorisation for international health tourism services. Seeing these qualifications and standards in place gave me confidence that there are systems and procedures supporting patient care. The dental team themselves were knowledgeable, professional and reassuring throughout my treatment. I felt listened to and involved in the decisions being made rather than simply being told what I would receive. One thing that was very important to me was achieving a natural result. I specifically did not want the overly white “Turkey teeth” look. I wanted teeth that suited my face and still looked like me. I chose a natural bright shade within the A1/B1 range because I wanted clean, healthy-looking teeth rather than an artificial appearance. I also appreciated being involved in the design process. I felt the prototype teeth were slightly small, only by millimetres, and when I raised this concern my feedback was taken seriously. Adjustments were made while preserving the natural shape and support of my mouth and face. The difference this journey has already made to my confidence is difficult to put into words. For anyone considering treatment abroad, my advice would be to ask questions, take your time, be involved in every decision and make choices that suit your face and personality rather than following trends. For me, this journey has never been about having perfect teeth — it has been about getting my smile, confidence and quality of life back."

"I was initially apprehensive about traveling to Turkey for dental work, but after researching various clinics, I chose WestDent in Izmir. Communication was excellent, though they prefer WhatsApp over email. I recommend sending a full panoramic x-ray beforehand for a precise treatment plan and cost. What stood out was their honesty and tailored plan considering my age and jawbone condition. Travel from the UK to Izmir is easy, with regular flights. Upon arrival, I was met by a WestDent driver and taken to a comfortable, centrally located hotel. On treatment day, the same driver took me to the modern three-floor clinic, where I was checked in quickly and introduced to my translator (though the dentists speak English). The process began with a health questionnaire and x-rays. I was impressed by their advanced technology, including a dental “wand” for precise tooth mapping. WestDent’s onsite dental lab allows them to create and adjust teeth and bridges without external labs. Each session ended with a drive back to the hotel, and after four days—and several extractions and a lower jaw bridge—I was pleased with the results. I had my treatment in September and I am very happy with the outcome. The attentive team made everything seamless, and I plan to return for further work.
