While the initial waiting time for an appointment was quite long, the clinic contacted me as soon as they had a cancellation, and I was able to come in the same day for a consultation, which I truly appreciated. Despite how busy the clinic is, the staff were extremely kind, professional, and patient. The physician took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, provide a clear diagnosis, and answer all of my questions with care and compassion. I never felt rushed, and I felt genuinely listened to throughout the appointment. It’s understandable that a high-demand clinic can feel busy at times, but the quality of care, the clear and helpful information provided, and the effort they made to accommodate me made a big difference. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to be seen sooner and for the support and guidance I received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable, respectful, and patient-centered pain management care."

"Despite the positive reviews I’ve seen for this clinic, I had a terrible experience. While the staff were generally friendly, I had to wait more than 1.5 hours after my appointment time before being taken into the smaller waiting room just to wait even longer for the doctor. All this even after following up with the staff many times. Why make the appointment if we aren’t going to adhere to the time? I saw many others walk in and get treated before I got seen. Unacceptable."

"Very professional and caring! Rich experience! I had two ultrasound and one MRI before and all reports said there was nothing wrong in my heels. I had 7 or 8 injections in a pain clinic, no good results! I was suffering pain for four years, guessing I had nerve entrapment. Here the three doctors detected inflammation of my plantar fascia through ultrasounds and did ultrasounds guided injection right away for me. Just 25 dollars! Hope my pain never comes back. "I was very pleased with the complete process with Dr. Wilderman and all his staff. The technicians answered any concerns with the treatment. Dr Wilderman is a gem…some humour goes a long way! He explained everything to me and my options. My first visit with Dr. Wilderman was for sciatica. He treated me with epidural and cortisones, but unfortunately it didn’t work. He explained this treatment doesn’t work for everyone and I was not a candidate for this procedure. Disappointed 😢. My next appointment was for my foot. It was successful in that I have more balance walking now with less pain which is majorly better than before. So, thumbs up to Dr. Wilderman and his staff. PS. For this last procedure a doctor, I think in training (forgive me if I’m wrong) - she held my hand and talked with me eye to eye while this procedure was done."
