"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ From the moment I walked into Wockhardt Hospitals, I felt genuinely cared for. The facilities are modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The suite allocated to me (#1513) was comfortable, spacious, and created a calm environment that really supported my recovery. Nikita Kamle and Reshma Shaikh were always smiling and made me feel so welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Dr. Mazda was exceptional — both professional and genuinely compassionate. He has a calm, reassuring presence and a friendly approach that makes you feel safe and confident in his care. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment, which meant a lot. There were minor communication challenges with some support staff due to language barriers, but this did not affect the quality of care. Overall, a very positive experience and highly recommended."

"The admission process takes more time than expected and could be made faster. The nursing staff was attentive, caring, and always available when needed.The hospital premises were clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. Only I faced one issue that the bead which provided to family member that hygiene need to maintain The personal care staff was extremely attentive and ensured my comfort at all times. Meal staff  is very good, polite, and helpful. Overall experience is good. Security and lift attendant very coprate Phone extension number are not visible it should be stick somewhere Also need to improve TPA service response quicker it will help to discharge patient"

"We recently stayed on the 19th floor for the delivery of our baby, and we had an excellent experience with the medical team. Special Thanks to Dr. Anam Syad The doctors were amazing, specifically Dr. Anam Syad. She did an incredible job with the C-section. She made the entire process feel very easy and handled everything with great skill. We felt we were in very safe hands, and we didn't have a single problem throughout the surgery or recovery. Care and Service 19th Floor Nurses: The nursing staff was great—always helpful, kind, and professional. Baby Care: The way they took care of our newborn was amazing. We felt supported every step of the way. Food: While not "5-star" dining, the food was definitely better than most other hospitals we've been to. Note on Parking The only negative was the parking situation. They charge 500 per day, even for admitted patients. I would expect parking to be free for patients, so keep that in mind for your budget. Overall: A big thank you to Dr. Anam Syad and the 19th-floor team for making our delivery experience so positive!"

"We had wonderful experience at room 1709 of hospital for 21days was under observation by team of Dr BP Pardiwala and Dr Mhendi for surgery. Sodexo food restaurant Mr Kazi Imran was very good during service had all delicious & healthy food. Also had regular & good housekeeping during stay at hospital. Daily & regular person visit for asking health care hospital facility review is which great initiative."
