"Very good doctor, speaks English very well she had a great manner and advice. I did have a terrible experience with their IV services. I have a huge vein in my arm but the nurse who seems like a contractor was 45 mins late, came with a friend that endlessly distracted her and she was unable to connect me it was a mess, a nearly fainted and in the end they kept my $70, their reasoning they can't reuse the fluid bag. Never again"

"I thought that by paying only the registration fee, I could have everything taken care of at this hospital. However, I found out that I had to pay again to receive other treatments such as ENT. This hospital gave me the worst experience. The reception was also unprofessional and unfriendly. Although I paid a one-year registration fee, after just one experience I will never visit again. I will look for another hospital."

"I am a Canadian and visited this clinic few months ago when I was in Prague on vacation. The receptionist were very helpful guided me very nicely about the procedure there and helped me in the time of need. The doctors understood my problem very fast and gave me the treatment which brought me back on my feet pretty quick and I was able to continue my vacation trip next day. This is the reasons why doctors are considered nothing less than god. I will highly recommend this clinic If you are in Prague downtown and in need of medical help.
